RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

 If you wish to cancel the order you should contact the online store manager. at 22424 01291 and 6993013733 or you can send an email to [email protected] for its cancellation. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept their receipt, so that they can be returned to the company. The products available in addnoise have been thoroughly checked. In case you receive a product that you consider defective, you must inform us as soon as possible. (within 4 working days maximum from the date of receipt) to be returned to us.

In case the product is classified as defective by those in charge, it will be replaced immediately if there is availability or will be replaced with something similar, if you wish, or the exact amount you paid will be refunded. In cae you wish to return the product or products you ordered for someone else due to e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, the colour etc. then the shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by the AddNoise company and are borne by the customer. Refunds do not include initial shipping costs. The money will be refunded in full within 1 to 15 days.

The refund period depends on the payment method you have chosen. If the payment has been made by transferring an amount to the account number, your amount will be refunded immediately, while with payment by debit or credit car, more time is required.

Prerequisties for products return:

1. The product has not been used

2. The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents

3. For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.

4. Have not removed any labels or brand markings, etc. that the products may have on them

5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
