In case you receive a product that you consider defective you must inform us as soon as possible (within 4 working days maximum from the date of receipt) to be returned to us. In case the product will be classified as defective by those responsible will be done immediately replacement if there is availability or you will be replaced with a similar one, if you wish, or you will be refunded the exact amount you paid..

In case you wish to return the product or products you ordered for someone else due to e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, the color etc. then the shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by the AddNoise company and are borne by the customer.

Refunds do not include initial shipping costs. The money will be refunded in full within 1 to 15 days. The refund period depends on the payment method you have chosen.
